Return Policy
We fully guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Yesallasian.com, return it within 45 days from the time we shipped and receive a complete refund or exact replacement of the DVD you ordered.
There is a 45 day return policy on all titles, subject to the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened DVDs cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective DVDs will be replaced with the SAME title only. (NO REFUND)
- Shipping charges are not refundable. (Each Package will have a shipping fee on the package cover which marked by postal office)
- We do not pay for postage on returns.
- International customers are responsible for the shipping charges if order is refused by customer.
Damaged or Defective Items Replacement Procedure
If you receive a damaged, defective item, or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
Just specify the problem and ship the item back to us. For domestic orders, you have up to 10 days from the shipping date to return the defective product. For international orders, you have up to 45 days from the shipping date to return a defective product (this period allows for the extended shipping time required for international deliveries).
Refund
Yesallasian.com will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. Shipping & handling fees and return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to your address within seven days.
Return Procedure
The following procedures must be followed or your return shipment will be sent back.
1. Please kindly mail the unwork discs without the cases or boxset,we will also send you replace without the cases or boxset.
Pls kindly email us: support@yesallasian.com for the detail instruction for sending the unwork discs.
2. Please print your shipping address and email address clearly,we can't recognize the handwriting.We will mail you replacement once we got the return and send you the replacement by express registered airmail.
P.S Again,please kindly send the unwork discs without cases or boxset only to our address,we will send you replacement discs without cases or boxset to your address only.thank u in advance.
3. NOTE: Returns take 2~4 days to process after we receive them.

- Shipping and handling must be paid on all returns. Replacement items for defective or incorrect DVDs will be shipped at no charge to the customer.
- For your protection, Yesallasian.com advises sending return through registered airmail with tracking number.
